The documentary “Chris” tells the story of a young man who had great plans for his life. He grew up on a farm in the mountain range between France and Switzerland, a child of dropouts. A normal kid, who began to capture the surrounding world with his camera early but only decided to make films after a short excursion to economy school. When at the age of 21 a tumour in an advanced state is discovered in his neck, Chris has to take up a fight for his life which in the end he is going to lose. Christian documents his illness until he has to pass the camera
on to his friend Jan, who will accompany him to the end. Chris and Jan created a moving and surprising film on life. Chris’ last will and last deed.
