    Synopsis
    In 2000, Emanuele Crialese, developing his film Grazia’s Island (Respiro), looks for two Sicilian kids. He then meets Francesco Casisa, 13, coming from Palermo’s suburbs, and Filippo Pucillo, 9, from Lampedusa Island. 5 years later they meet again on the set of The Golden Door (Nuovomondo). This documentary narrates the growth of Francesco and Filippo through their experience on the movie set.
